How do I start the car if I have keyless ignition and the transmitter battery is low?
The keyless ignition is a great feature, but it can be frustrating when the transmitter battery is low. Here are some tips to help you start the car if your keyless ignition is not working: Extend the key blade out from the transmitter. Press and hold the Start/Stop button while depressing the brake pedal. If the engine does not start, continue to hold the Start/Stop button and release the brake pedal. Then, depress the brake pedal again, and the engine should start. If your car has a push-button start, you may be able to start the car by holding the key fob next to the Start/Stop button. If none of these tips work, it may be time to replace the battery in your transmitter.
